... download the resources I purchased when I receive it in my email?
Open your email. In the email message you will see a downloading link. This will take you to the File download page. Right click on the files and choose "Save target as" to save it to the location in your computer.
... I open a file after I download it?
After you download the file and save it to your computer, you will see that it is a zip file. I zip the files for easier downloading. You will have to unzip the files before you open each activity. Winzip and Winrar programmes are usually installed in computers, but if you don't have it, follow this link.
... I view an activity after I download it?
Most of the activities are in PDF format. If you don't have the Adobe Reader, you can download the free version from the official website, follow this link
Files are in PDF format not to loose the fonts and format of the files.
